2007 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Rose

This rose champagne has medium intensity salmon colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of rose, strawberry, tomato, mineral and trace of lime and green apple. It is dry and quite acidic, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of sour cherry, red apple, wild strawberry and wet stone. Fairly long length with sour cherry finish. (92) Good fruit with mineral backbone

紅色果實的感覺很出色,份量很適當,紅酒風格與香檳風格並存,酒力強勁,香檳一般有的複雜性齊全之餘還有著紅酒般的果實感。餘韻亦合格有餘,好喝,一枝唔會有人投訴的香檳。

2002 Taittinger Collection Amadou Sow Brut Champagne

Medium intensity lemon coloured with pronounced intensity aromas of red apple, toasted bread, honey, lemon, chalk and touch of yeast and steel, it is dry with quite high refreshing acidity, slightly fuller than medium bodied and medium alcohol. Creamy mouthfeel with fairly high intensity flavours of toast, honey, lemon candy, ripe apple and touch of chalk. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. (94)

出奇的可口,好飲。酒先來一下強烈撲鼻的複雜香氣,入口後清爽的酸度,酒香的強度仍不弱,雖然沒有酒香那麼強,酒味亦有一定複雜,配上頗長的餘韻,令人飲完想再飲的,好好味。

A pale lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced nose of red apple, lemon, peach and touch of Peking pear and chalk. Quite high in acidity, medium alcohol and creamy mousse. The flavours contain apple, lemon, bread and touch of grass. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92)

直接爽朗的香檳,會令人飲得很開心的。足夠合適的複雜性,酒香及酒味強度都屬中上水平,餘韻亦長。這酒喝起來會令人覺得可以痛快暢飲的。正!

2002 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blanc

This champagne has pale lemon coloured and long small bubbles. The aroma intensity is close to pronounced level with aromas of lime, floral, bready, and green apple. Very young indeed. It is dry with fairly high acidity. Medium bodied and creamy mousses. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of lime, apple, yeast and bread. Fairly long length with lime finish. (92) Clean and sharp at the moment. Need time to develop too.

早飲了,很清也很青的一枝香檳,現時只有一點點發展似的,花果味主導了整枝酒,質素仍有一段時間才能表現出來,有貨的放他起碼五年至好郁,相信十年後飲會好正。
