2000 Kracher No.6 Grande Cuvee Trockenbeerenauslese

Medium pink in colour. On nose it has pronounced level intensity aromas of honey, dried peach, apricot, mineral, maple syrup, tea, mango and trace of botrytis. Very sweet with barely over medium acidity, quite low in alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of orange peel, honey, dried apricot, tea and botrytis.  Quite long length with orange and prune finish. (93)
Need better acidity.

 酒很厚身，香氣不錯，亦複雜，表現在口中時亦弓致，餘韻算長。甜酸平衡方面似乎多一點酸會更好，但喜歡死甜的人應不會覺得有問題。整體是一枝合格的 TBA，不錯的甜酒，單獨當甜品食也可以啊!

2006 Kracher N0.12 Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese

This wine has medium amber colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of dried apricot, white flower, honey, jasmine and jackfruit. Lusciously sweet with fairly high acidity, full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. Oily mouthfeel. The flavours intensity is at medium level with flavours of honey, apricot and jasmine. Medium length with honey finish. (89)

TBA?真的是TBA? 酒香複雜性是誘人的，雖然強度有點不足。酒在口中的表現差得多了，不論在複雜性和強度方面也是。餘韻以甜酒來說短了點。整體來說是有點失望。只是甜酸平衡做得不錯，加番D分。

2006 Kracher Welschriesling TBA

It has quite high intensity gold colour. Very sweet with quite high acidity, a full bodied wine with medium alcohol. On nose, it gives medium intensity aromas of citrus, mineral, stone, floral and touch of pineapple. Over medium level flavours of honey, floral, mineral and apricot. Fairly long length with honey finish. (92)

這似是甜點多過甜酒。酸甜平衡度高，酒體重，餘韻亦長，非常像一枝很高質的甜酒，但酒香只有一點複雜性，口感也一樣，兩者的強度也略嫌不足，總的也是不錯。
