A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced aromas of lemon candy, vanilla, hazelnut, white flower, mineral and amber. Medium acidity and alcohol with fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, floral, walnut and vanilla. Close to long length with honey citrus finish. (92)

拿起酒杯聞的時候真的很開心,酒香強而複雜。可是入口後酒的複雜性及強度下跌了不少,吞嚥後的餘韻又出奇的長,證明酒在口中有一點空洞感。整體來說也算不錯,幾好飲。

Quite deep lemon colour, on nose it gives fairly high intensity of lemon, honey, white flower, hazelnut and touch of creme brulee, vanilla, oak and wet stone. Dry with medium alcohol and acidity, full bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, honey candy, vanilla, white flower and touch of amber. Slightly longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (93) Rich and full.

很豐厚的一枝酒。香氣發展成熟,複雜而強勁。酒味在口中保持一致表現,餘韻算長,口感圓潤豐滿,好飲。 這酒的份量感很重,不是清爽的感覺。有存貨的亦應該飲用了(最好叫埋我)。

2000 Bienvenues Batard Montrachet, Domaine Paul Pernot
Medium lemon colour with medium level aromas of lemon, white flower, almond, toast, and touch of cream, honey, butter and resin. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fairly full bodied with higher than medium flavours of honey, citrus, cream, nutty and floral. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish, touch of bitterness at the back. (93)

酒香及酒味複雜性與力度都不錯,餘韻算長,可是吞後有點點苦,主要加分的原因是酒的各方面混合一致,在口中感覺豐厚柔順,十分可口,好味。如果複雜性再高一點就更好了。

Medium lemon in colour with quite pronounced aromas of lemon,
eucalyptus, hay, vanilla, white flower with touch of grass. Air it for a
while evolves cream and butter aromas, quite impressive. It is dry with
slightly higher than medium acidity. Medium alcohol and medium plus
bodied. The flavour intensity is at over medium level. Citrus, floral,
mineral, cream, vanilla and grapefruit which attacks my palate layer by
layer from fruit to mineral. Long length with bitter lemon finish. (93)

This one is very complex but subtle. The evolvement of the flavours is really impressive as it goes layer by layer, which shows you a wine of great depth and good structure.
