2006 Vosne Romanee Aux Reas, Domaine A-F. Gros

Quite deep ruby colour dry red wine with close to medium nose of red cherry, rose, red plum, cabbage with touch of smoke. Medium acidity with barely medium soft tannin, though a little bit greeniness is sensed. Medium bodied with medium flavour intensity. Red cherry, cabbage, strawberry and spice. Medium length with red cherry finish. (88) Rather simple on palate but it has reasonable complexity and intensity. A little bit angular.

Medium alcohol and fine-grained tannin. Medium flavours of red cherry, plum, vanilla, rose, and mushroom. Fairly long length (89)
