2021 Aloxe Corton les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense noses of red plum, ripe strawberry, wild flower, stewed cabbage. Good fruity nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, rose and touch of cabbage and licorice. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Fruity but surprisingly soft and smooth.

而這個年份來說，很難得。雖然酒的整體表現比較簡單，但口感順滑，味道與酒體的平衡很好，複雜性並沒有太多，果味足，反而做出一支簡單得來很四正的酒。喝得很舒服，是我試過這個年份最好飲的村酒之一

2020 Aloxe Corton Les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour and over medium intensity noses of black plum, rose jam, raspberry, smoke, vanilla and rosemary. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate, it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, black tea, licorice and touch of earthiness. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Not bad at all. Need some time.

有點睇輕了這支酒。整體的表現不錯，香氣很複雜，亦有一定強度。口感亦柔順，餘韻合格。酒在口中不論強度和複雜性也不及香氣，但也有不錯的表現，好喝。2020年似乎也是一個很不錯的年份。這支酒放多一兩年可能更加好

It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fine grained medium tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black plum, berry fruits and touch of spiciness. Medium length with plumy finish. (89) Quite muscular, need time to develop

比中等好一些的表現，硬硬淨淨的，入口鮮爽，中上表現的餐酒。可口，各方面都算合格有餘，夏日想喝紅酒時的輕鬆之選。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of black plum, cabbage, mushroom and touch of meat and nutmeg. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black plum, berry fruits and touch of spiciness. Longer than medium length with plummy finish. (89) Muscular, need time to develop.

正路過正露丸。劃一條水平線的話，基本上跟到足之外，香氣突出一點，而且餘韻也不錯。感覺強大的，亦有一定複雜性，幾好飲，但放多一兩年會更好。
