Sierra Milenario

This tequila has over medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of coconut, sweet vanilla, caramel, agave, plastic and honey. Water enhances its plastic and floral notes. It is dry with some tinged of sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Medium acidity and integrated alcohol. Quite full bodied and touch of wood tannin detected. On palate it gives higher than medium intensity flavours of coconut, agave, vanilla, plastic and touch of menthol. Fairly long length with a complex finish of coconut, agave and caramel. (92)

酒香及酒味濃郁一致，餘韻長而複雜，木桶的作用應記一功，但這酒的焦糖味也較突出，喜愛焦糖感的人會更欣賞這酒，酒精亦算醇

Don Julio Tequila Anejo

A medium lemon green tequila with quite high intensity aromas of fresh agave, honey, and touch of vanilla, coconut and hazelnut. With water agave aroma is enhanced and some notes of plastic is detected. It is dry with medium warming alcohol. Medium acidity and quite full bodied. Flavour intensity is at over medium level with flavours of agave, vanilla, coconut, hazelnut and sweet spice. Fairly long length with agave and floral finish. (91) Good typicity but lack of complexity.

好耐冇飲過這些陳年龍舌蘭酒了。這酒充分顯現其特性，龍舌蘭味突出，亦展現一些陳年及美洲木桶風格，但複雜性欠了些，酒精感以這類酒來說亦強烈了一點點，總的來說也很不錯。
