This blanc de blanc has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, green apple, toasted bread, mineral, wet stone, and touch of nuttiness. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mouthfeel with quite high intensity flavours of lemon, nuts, red apple, wet stone, steel, yeast and bread.
