Glendronach Allardice 18 year old Single Malt Whisky

A whisky of close to medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it has medium intensity of caramel, toffee, orange marmalade, apricot, with touch of mango and iodine. Water increases its caramel note. This is dry with medium integrated alcohol, quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of honey, smoke, caramel, vanilla and touch of citrus peel, smoke and peat. Longer than medium length with caramel finish. (90)

果香甜美成熟複雜，酒香真的誘人，唯獨是強度差了點，這情況一直延至酒味，甚至餘韻。以酒味來說，這酒表現出比18年酒更老，只是酒的強度不足吧了。
