2006 Ch. Lynch Bages

This is a dry red Bordeaux with deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of black plum, violet perfume, red bell pepper, cedar and touch of licorice and prune, quite ripe nose. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black plum, violet, blueberry, prune. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (93) Ripe and still developing.

近20年的酒，活力充沛，仍有一定進展空間，很好。酒力強勁，亦有一定複雜性，餘𩐳亦長，好喝。酒並未發展出全熟的風味，仍然有一定醬果味，相信會有一定人仕喜歡現在喝的味道。我對上一次喝時是2011年，今次喝覺得進步了，期待再過幾年喝多一次，應該會更好

2009 Montrachet, Remoissenet Peres & Fils

A medium intensity lemon coloured dry white burgundy with pronounced noses of honey, peach, stewed pear, lemon cake, mineral and apricot, pretty mature. Slightly over medium level acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, almond, wet stone, peach, mineral and touch of chalk and oak. Fairly long length with lemon custard finish. (94) Good intensity, round with good acidity

成熟美味，酒力強，複雜性高，餘韻亦長，好一支佳釀。以白酒年份來說不是一個好年份，但十多年過去酒的酸度仍然出色，好喝。酒的味道組合已經偏向成熟果實方向，沒有了新喝的那種組合，味道亦已經融和，喝得好順好舒服

2015 Le Corton, Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils

This dry Burgundy red has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice and touch of meat, mineral and cedar. Medium alcohol, acidity and bodied with soft medium tannin. The flavours intensity is quite intense with flavours of red berry, licorice, dried rose, cabbage and touch of wormwood. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) Good intensity throughout.

好強的酒力，也有一定複雜性，一貫Grand Cru的表現，餘韻合格有餘，四四正正。所有味道同時表現出來，並非那些一層層出味的感覺的酒。但也是一喝便覺得係一支不錯的酒品，好味道

2020 Pouilly Fuisse, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon green coloured dry white burgundy with pronounced noses of honey, sesames, peach, chalk and white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium intensity flavours of lemon, walnut, vanilla, pear and touch of limestone. Medium length with lemony finish. (90) Intense nose but fading fast

有著這酒莊一貫出色的香氣，而且十分濃烈，複雜性也不錯。只是酒味的強度及複雜性在口中下降了不少，而且退減得頗快，餘韻合格。一支聞比喝好的酒，佐餐不錯。

2005 Penfolds St. Henri Shiraz

Deep purple coloured with over medium intensity aromas of blackcurrant jam, black plum, prune, dried date, sweet vanilla. Very ripe black fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Medium ripe and fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, vanilla, earth and touch of vegetal note. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (92) Ripe and concentrated. Pretty straight at the moment.

濃厚而且強勁的黑果感覺，其強度接近果醬的。 酒體豐厚雄渾，可喜的是單寧成熟，餘韻合格有餘。酒味在口中有一點點轉化，但是仍然以黑色果實為主，接近二十年的酒仍然有年輕感覺，難得，不過複雜性仍待開發，現在喝不錯，但相信仍可再陳一下。

 

2016 Volnay Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley

A deep ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with over medium intensity aromas of red cherry, strawberry, cabbage, rose, anise, damped wood and touch of pepper and toast, quite complex. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red berry, strawberry, rose, black tea, licorice and vanilla. Medium length with berry fruit finish. (90) Complex nose but need better intensity.

香氣很複雜，有著Grand Cru的級數，強度亦不錯，只是入口後酒的強度下降了，包括餘韻。酒味在口中有點轉化，但複雜性下降了一些，表現返回村酒的感覺。這酒的莓果味較出眾，頗討人喜愛的。幾好喝，日常飲用已經足夠有凸⋯⋯

2019 Macon-Verze, Domaine Leflaive

This is a medium lemon green coloured dry white burgundy with quite intense noses of lemon, vanilla, white flower, honeysuckle and touch of chalky limestone, quite decent. Medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, pear, vanilla and touch of chalky stone. Medium length with lemony finish. (89) Decent and straightforward but intensity fading quickly

酒香的強度令人有點驚喜，複雜性也是。酒味在口中也有一定的強度，餘韻合格，不過簡單了一點。這酒奇怪的地方是酒在口中的強度下跌得很快，除此之外，是一支很不錯的餐酒，四平八穩的，不錯的佐餐選擇。

Ch. FONTPINOT 1er Cru de Cognac XO Grande Champagne

Medium copper coloured with quite intense aromas of raisin, honey, stewed orange, cinnamon, vanilla and licorice spices. Water brings our jasmine notes. It is dry with medium acidity and warming alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of orange, caramel, honey, peach, vanilla ans saw dust. Longer than medium length with orange peel finish. (91) Need better length.

這酒的感覺頗新的，沒有老酒的感覺。酒的強度不錯，亦有一定複雜性，餘韻合格，但比想像中短。這酒不像一些大品牌的X O，少了成熟感，多了些花果味，是另一種表現。

2010 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium intensity lemon colour with pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, vanilla, amber, toasted almond and touch of limestone and mineral, a bit steely too. It is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon peel, peach, vanilla, bitter almond, saline and some floral note. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish. (94) Good nose and minerality, powerful and sharp, good terror

酒的田土特色很好，酒力強勁，而且亦很複雜，一喝便知是一支高級的產品，酒在口中味道有少少轉化，餘韻長，令人有點回味無窮的感覺，很好喝。酒的發展成熟，相信現在進入一個很好的適飲期，這狀態應該還可以保持幾年，好享受吧！

2005 Ch. Margaux

A deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with pronounced noses of blackcurrant, violet, black plum, cherry jam, vanilla, licorice and cedar. Medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives intense flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, licorice, cedar and touch of sawdust, floral and earth. Close to long length with black cherry finish. (96) Ripe, good fruit and round, powerful blackcurrant attack too. Delicious

這支酒可以用和諧融洽來形容，而且酒力強勁、餘韻亦長、口感柔順，有一種渾然天成的感覺。酒進入適飲期，而且相信這段適飲期頗長。酒仍有一定發展潛力，現在飲果感十足，複雜性仍可以發展，是一次佳釀，令人不斷咁飲，好快飲鬼晒成支酒
