2002 Ch. d'Yquem

Medium lemon gold in colour with quite intense noses of honey, lemon, peach, dried apricot, grass, stone and touch of mineral notes. It is sweet and full bodied with barely medium acidity. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of bitter lemon, honey, dried apricot, grass and wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon and honey finish. (93) Good integration and classic character, need better acidity

醇厚，真的很厚，口感很重的。有着標準的蘇岱酒感覺，成熟好味，只是酸度略嫌有點點不足，酒的力量很強，由香氣到酒味都一樣，而且很一致，餘韻亦很長，好喝的

2002 Ch. Haut Brion

This is a deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with quite intense noses of blackcurrant, vegetal, bell pepper, violet, black cherry, tobacco leaf, cedar and touch of minty. Good development. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, violet, damped wood and touch of tobacco and licorice. Medium length with black cherry finish. (92)

20年的奧比安真係要飲了。酒的香氣已經說給你聽發展完成。酒味充足強度亦算不錯，複雜性在口中來說不及香氣那麼好，但也表現出它是一支造得好的酒品，餘韻有點短，是一個扣分的地方。整體來說，仍是一支很好喝的酒，適合慢慢飲。

2020 Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes De Beaune, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of rose, mushroom, red cherry, strawberry, cedar and touch of vegetal notes. Medium mouthwatering acidity and medium bodied, medium alcohol with barely medium ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity and length are both at medium level with flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, licorice, mushroom and dried leaf. Red cherry finish too. (89) Decent and delicate, easy drinking

花果香味主導了這支酒的一切，香氣強度是中等以上的，酒味的強度比香氣弱了一點，複雜性亦簡單了一點，餘韻合格。這支酒給人輕巧、工整、輕鬆易飲的感覺，日常飲用十分適合。

2020 Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Henri Magnien

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of red berry, pine, dried red rose, dried raspberry, strawberry jam, and licoirce, pretty floral. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, rose pedal, licorice and earth, medium length with red berry finish. (90) Good nose

香氣很好，但是以花香味為主的，那樣便不太像一支這條村的酒了。酒的整體表現不錯，中中上上的，丹寧亦都順滑成熟，令到口感更好，是一支不錯的村酒。

2017 Calera Mills Vineyard Pinot Noir

This is a dry red wine from US with quite intense ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of red cherry, mushroom, red plum, strawberry, rose pedal and touch of cigar leaf and pine. Medium acidity and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, green plum, wild rose, licorice and herbaceous notes. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good nose and elegant.

如果覺得美國的黑皮諾好像很厚重的話，這一支酒會改變你的感覺。香氣來說可能仍然有厚重感覺，但其後香味的變化令你覺得有點不一樣。酒有一定的優雅感，特別在口中酒味變得偏向清幽的感覺，幾有趣的，同時亦反映出它的一定複雜性。餘韻尚算好，只是比想像中略短，但是已經合格有餘。感覺是做工幾好的一支

2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

 A deep ruby dry red Burgundy with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of black plum, black cherry, mint leaf, rose jam, earth and touches of cedar and forest floor. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black cherry, rose pedal and trace of cedar and earth. Medium length with black plum finish. (89) Nice nose but rather simple on palate, need better length too.

播乾來講係一次交足貨的酒，香氣強烈有一定複雜性，亦展示出品種特色。酒味濃烈強度適中，餘韻亦合格，中上水平的作品，2020年的酒似乎比2019的可以更加陳年，相信這支酒亦可以陳多一下。

2016 Ch. Moulin St. George

Deep purple coloured with pronounced noses of black plum, black cherry, mint, violet and trace of dark chocolate. Very intense and fruity nose, ripe but not jammy. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with medium fine grain tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, red plum, earth and touch of mint. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91) Need stronger palate.

香氣很好的一支酒，強烈得來有一定的複雜性，難得的是它並沒有想像中的那麼醬果，純粹以香氣來說覺得是一支出名的酒莊產品。酒味厚重，丹寧結實，只是酒味在口中的力度低了不少，餘韻亦一樣，是一支不錯的酒品，幾好飲，性價比來說更加是一支值得買的酒。

2019 Volnay, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense noses of red plum, dry red berry, rose, licorice, cinnamon, strawberry jam and touch of forest floor. Pretty elegant. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, rose pedal, strawberry, licorice and touch of mushroom. Medium length with red berry finish. (90) Needs better length.

很可口的一支酒。唔睇酒標以為是喝着 Vosne Romanee的村酒。香氣的花果味平衡，再加上一定的香料味道，給人很優雅的感覺。酒的力度算中上，但在口中及餘韻不是太強，否則評價會更加好，是一支中等以上的餐酒，相信年份亦都幫助了不少，幾好飲

2019 Nicolas Maillart Les Courzy Premier Cru Extra Brut

Medium intensity lemon green coloured with intense aromas of bread, lemon, honey, candied apple and touch of limestone. It has medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied and creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, floral, mineral and limestone. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) Balance in flavours, interesting.

如果用一碟食物嚟講就簡直是一個小炒王。酒的各種味道十分平衡，是每一種味道都是一樣強度的那種平衡，很有趣的一支香檳。酒的力度很強，以複雜性來說都是中上，但不是很複雜，餘𩐳亦不錯，好喝，亦幾特別⋯⋯

2013 Nuits Saint Georges Les Boudots 1er Cru, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

Deep intensity ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose, black plum, earth, cedar, ripe black cherry and spices box. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium fine grained tannin but a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, earth, toasted oak, dried rose, black plum and tea. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92) Concentrated and bold, quite heavy on palate.

給人一種濃厚有份量，但係亦充滿複雜性的葡萄酒。酒的味道結構偏向濃及重，而且酒的濃度很強，因此這酒俾人的感覺很濃郁，這種厚重感一直維持到入口及餘韻，所以很易令人覺得重口味。可能是年份問題單寧有一點點青澀，除此之外對喜愛這種風格的人來說會很喜歡。
