2020 Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes De Beaune, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of rose, mushroom, red cherry, strawberry, cedar and touch of vegetal notes. Medium mouthwatering acidity and medium bodied, medium alcohol with barely medium ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity and length are both at medium level with flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, licorice, mushroom and dried leaf. Red cherry finish too. 花果香味主導了這支酒的一切，香氣強度是中等以上的，酒味的強度比香氣弱了一點，複雜性亦簡單了一點，餘韻合格。這支酒給人輕巧、工整、輕鬆易飲的感覺，日常飲用十分適合。
