2011 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon coloured dry white burgundy with quite intense aromas of lemon, ripe apple, limestone, peach, honey and dried flower. Medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, sweet almond, peach, honey and touch of steel and floral notes. Fairly long length with lemony finish. (93) Smooth, round with good acidity.

始終是我最喜愛的酒莊，酒力強勁，亦有一定的複雜性，這股力度及複雜性一直維持到吞嚥後仍然存在，好酒的表現。餘韻亦長，令人愛不釋口，2011年的布根地白酒，現在喝真的幾好喝。當然可以再陳年，但是現在我已經喝得很享受。

2011 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, ripe pear, dried white flower, vanilla, mineral and chalk. It has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly long length. The flavours contain lemon, honey, peach, vanilla and trace of amber. Lemon and vanilla finish. (94) Delicious....

好飲啊! 入口有些驚訝，此酒的酒味融為一體的。果味成熟，亦有花香和礦物質感，很易感受到這酒的複雜性。2011年的酒較可以早喝，這酒現在飲已很不錯，十分期待過多一兩年的表現。

2001 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon colour with quite pronounced noses of lemon, white flower, peach, amber, vanilla and touch of mineral and honey. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly long length of honey and musky finish. The flavoru intensity is quite intense too, with flavours of lemon, floral, musky, peach, vanilla spice, mineral and honey. (93) Wonderful complexity. Very enjoyable.

酒力強及香，複雜性亦高，不論在酒香和酒味也是一樣強烈。整體味道的組合有齊一枝靚酒的條件，好好飲。這個酒莊始終是我的最愛，酒現在可陳可飲，餘韻仍有一種誘人的成熟感，正。

1996 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Eitenne Sauzet

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white floral, almond, wet stone and touch of amber. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, honey, floral and touch of chalk and stone. Close to long length with lingering lemon and honey finish. (93)

酒整體表現很好，酒力強複雜性高，發展成熟，對我來說是酒剛剛到頂的狀態，餘韻悠長，柔柔弱弱但持續不退，好好味，會令人細味的酒。

2009 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, vanilla, honey, amber, white flower and touch of butter and coconut, it is dry with slightly higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied, quite oily mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, walnut and traces of floral and wet stone. Longer than medium length with lemon and honey finish. (92) Good minerality at the back, rich on nose too.

酒力很強，酒體豐滿但不會感到膩，酒的複雜性也不錯，好喝。餘韻再長一些就更正了。酒的感覺頗熟，但酸度卻充足，可以再放多上十年，現在飲很可口，相信陳放一下表現會更好。

2008 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Fontaine Gagnard

A medium intensity lemon colour dry white wine with quite intense aromas of lemon, floral, honey, peach, mineral and touch of amber and vanilla seed, nice spiciness. Medium alcohol, bodied and acidity with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, floral, ripe pear, vanilla and touch of almond. Longer than medium length with lemon finish. (92) Ripe and precise.

層次分明的酒，強度及複雜性也中上水平，餘韻尚算不錯，酒的果味成熟，但酒香的香料味更吸引我，好飲。

2005 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Vincent Girardin

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of lemon candy, cream, honey, vanilla, white flower, mineral and wet stone. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of  lemon, peach, white flower, vanilla, cream and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with lemon peel finish. (94) Powerful and consistent. Good length too.

飲過近4次，從不令我失望，現終於可以寫下這枝酒。酒香很強，而且複雜，酒味亦延續到這高品質，餘韻亦很吸引，很長。這酒莊不是很出名，但他的白酒很不錯，有些更有驚喜，這酒便是一例。酒還可陳放多一段時間，有貨的可以放下，慢慢品嚐。

2002 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Ramonet

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with fairly high intensity noses of lemon, floral, mineral, vanilla, amber, wet stone and touch of cream, zesty and fresh. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is higher than medium with lemon, floral, mineral, vanilla and touch of butter. Longer than medium length with honey and floral finish. (93)

以2002年來說可以做出如此清爽的酒真是難得。酒香複雜誘人，香氣亦算強。口感清爽醒神，有點點像檸檬草香薰的感覺。酒在口中相對酒香平淡了點，餘韻亦算合格，好飲之餘亦顯示到釀造者的功力。

1996 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Etienne Sauzet

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, floral, vanilla, honey, touch of musk, toast and cream. Medium alcohol and close to full bodied. Barely medium acidity with quite long length of lemon and musky finish. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, honey, floral and touch of toasted almond and musk. Well developed and sign of over-the-peak (92)

覺得這酒早一點飲會較好，主要原因是酸度下降了。酒的發展成熟，餘韻亦長。酒力及複雜性也一致地好，口感也豐滿順滑，只是酸度有點不足而令酒的鮮活性欠缺了點，整體是不錯的。

Medium lemon coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, honey, white flower, butter, walnut and touch of stone. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, butter and cream. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91)

聞好過飲。酒香複雜性算足而香氣亦算強。可是酒味在口中力度轉弱，複雜性亦有點不足，餘韻算好。都是一枝可口的酒。

1996 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Etienne Sauzet

Medium lemon coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of pineapple, honey, vanilla, wet stone, mineral and cantaloupe. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Slight higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, mineral, flint and almond. Long length with honey citrus finish. (94)

好好味的一枝白酒。酒香酒力也好好，餘韻又長。香氣亦有一點變化，複雜性比在口中出色。如果酒味在口中的複雜性再多一點就更好了，如果酒味有一點層次感就更加不得了。

2005 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Vincent Girardin

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with some legs. It has pronounced aromas of melon, pear, citrus with trace of white flower, vanilla, oak, honey, and toast. It is still developing. On palate it has medium alcohol with medium plus acidity. Quite full bodied with medium plus intensity flavours of citrus, honey, pineapple, melon, oak and vanilla with trace of butter. Long length with citrus and musky finish. (95) A complex wine with layers of flavours.
