2005 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Vincent Girardin

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of lemon candy, cream, honey, vanilla, white flower, mineral and wet stone. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of  lemon, peach, white flower, vanilla, cream and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with lemon peel finish. (94) Powerful and consistent. Good length too.

飲過近4次，從不令我失望，現終於可以寫下這枝酒。酒香很強，而且複雜，酒味亦延續到這高品質，餘韻亦很吸引，很長。這酒莊不是很出名，但他的白酒很不錯，有些更有驚喜，這酒便是一例。酒還可陳放多一段時間，有貨的可以放下，慢慢品嚐。
