2009 Ch. Mouton Rothschild

This dry red Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of black plum, black pepper, blackcurrant, forest floor, smoke, dark chocolate and touch of cigar box. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and dusty smooth tannin. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black cherry, black tea, plum, bell pepper and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (95) Good intensity and layering, elegance, delicious

五大來講武當的酒算啦容易處理。這酒在各方面都是中上的水準，香氣強而複雜，酒的口感柔順，酒味豐富，而且有變化及層次，餘韻亦很長，很好喝。酒的發展很不錯，絕對可以開始飲用。但是我相信這酒將會很快到達頂峰，可能是兩三年內的事

2020 Marsannay Les Longeroies, Domaine Sylvain Pataille

Deep ruby coloured with an attach of aromas of rose, mint, red cherry, fresh mushroom, smoke, red plum and touch of cedar. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a bit stalky is detected. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, licorice and rose pedal. Medium length with red cherry finish. (89) Good nose but fade quick, fruity on palate.

難得的是一落杯就有一股香氣撲鼻而來，而且仲好複雜添。所以一開始的印象很不錯，酒在口中反而變得簡單，像果汁一樣，口感尚算柔順，雖然喝到一點枝梗味，餘韻合格，是一支像果汁一樣的餐酒

2016 Charmes Chambertin, Domaine des Varoilles

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of red plum, cedar, dried rose, pine wood, mint, and strawberry jam. Medium alcohol and acidity with quite full bodied and medium fine grained and ripe tannin. Over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, licorice and touch of earth. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Good nose but needs better complexity on palate

酒香誇啦啦的一支酒，酒力不論在香氣及口中都很強勁，餘韻亦都算長，只是酒味在口中的複雜性下降了不少，否則會是一支很出色的酒品，好喝，相信年份幫助了不少。

2021 Aloxe Corton les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with quite intense noses of red plum, ripe strawberry, wild flower, stewed cabbage. Good fruity nose. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, rose and touch of cabbage and licorice. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Fruity but surprisingly soft and smooth.

而這個年份來說，很難得。雖然酒的整體表現比較簡單，但口感順滑，味道與酒體的平衡很好，複雜性並沒有太多，果味足，反而做出一支簡單得來很四正的酒。喝得很舒服，是我試過這個年份最好飲的村酒之一
