This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, mineral, violet, mint, licorice and hints of blueberry, chocolate and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. The flavours are consistent with the aromas with more damp earth and smoky notes. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

Medium lemon green colour with close to pronounced level aromas of cream, butter, toasted sesame, lemon, white flower and touch of chalk, it is dry with medium acidity, full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon tart, chalk, butter with touch of floral notes. Long length with lemon cream finish. (93)

這一枝村酒明顯超出村酒質素。香氣及酒味的強度很強,餘韻亦長,徹頭徹尾的一枝濃郁酒品。香氣的複雜性不錯,酒味的複雜性亦可,相對其他梅索村的酒這酒較優雅,可能是乳酸發酵感較少吧。好飲,但看了價錢後才慶幸有人請我飲。

Aberlour 25 years old Single Malt Whisky
Medium mahogany coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of caramel, honey, malt and touch of smoke and citrus, water brings out touch of floral notes. This dry whisky has medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, caramel, malt and touch of raisin. A medium lemon green coloured sweet wine with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, peach, peardrop and trace of stone and mineral. Quite sweet and quite high in acidity, medium bodied with low alcohol. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon candy, peach, honey, touch of steel and wet stone. Longer than medium length with honey lemonade finish. (92)

很多甜酒一聞都有點濃濃的感覺,但這枝較清爽。酒香其實不太強,但仍有一定複雜性。酒的甜酸平衡不錯,精彩的是酒味強度比酒香強,餘韻亦算長,只是複雜性沒想像中好,但整體來說好飲的。
