A medium gold coloured single malt whisky with very high intensity aromas of honey, grain, orange, vanilla, spice and touch of mint. Adding water brings out its maltiness and some tropical fruit notes. Dry with medium acidity, quite high warming alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected with over medium itensity flavours of lemon, honey, toasted spice and banana. Medium length with citrus and peppery finish. (92)

比當日試酒板時好,證明開瓶後透透氣會有多一點表現。單桶酒的酒精一般較強,加少少水更多香味,酒香的複雜性也不錯,酒體滿滿的。酒在口中的複雜性少了些,餘韻亦比想像中短了點,但回味有些複雜性,不錯。配餐或剩飲也可,但建議落少少水會更香及更易入口。
