2005 De Sousa Cuvee des Caudalies Le Mesnil Extra Brut

A medium intensity lemon coloured dry blanc de blanc champagne with higher than medium intesnity aromas of lemon, mineral, bread, yeast with touch of wet stone notes, good mineral character. It is dry with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. Creamy mousse with medium intensity flavours of lemon, ripe pear, limestone, yeast and bread. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (91)

土質的礦物質感充分表現出來的一款香檳，飲時會令人腦中閃出生蠔的影子，酒的強度算不錯，只是口中的酒味不及酒香強，酒的複雜性亦算合格，餘韻不錯，長而有層次，好飲。
