2004 Salon

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced level aromas of lemon, ripe red apple, floral, mineral, cream and touch of peach and honey. Dry with quite high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, apple, mineral, chalk and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lemon finsih. (94) Delicate.

酒的味道複雜而且強烈，果香覆蓋範圍廣闊，口感豐富，酸度及酒味高度平衡 ，餘韻亦長，是一枝很好的作品，礦物味及果味也互相輝映，在口中表現精彩，很好喝，現在飲已經很好，再放一會可能更有發揮。

1999 Salon

This dry champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, pear, mineral, steel and trace of honey and cream. Quite high and sharp acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, pear, steel, mineral and touch of cream. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (94) Clean and precise

較清爽的口感，酒力強烈，果味較偏向清淡的方向，礦物味較突出，餘韻亦算長，好喝。這酒的味道很清晰乾脆，層次分明，以這酸度來看還可陳放多一段時間，較喜歡酸削一點的人會很喜歡這酒的。

1990 Hermitage La Chapelle, Paul Jaboulet Aine

A deep purple dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, mineral, earth, blackcurrant, trace of smoke and pepper. It has medium acidity and alcohol, ripe tannin as well. On palate it gives intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, earth , licorice and dried herbs. Long length with black plum finish. (94?) Still young?

保持著濃濃黑色果實味道而又夾雜著品種中那標誌性的胡椒味，酒在口中平衡之餘而又把各方面表現好好融合，再加上長長的餘韻，相信任何人都覺這是一枝好酒。酒味似乎還可以再發展一點，我不會說早飲，但現在喝已經很好，相信這酒再陳會更有味道，但未必可以拍得住它夢幻的1978年。

Deep purple coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, blackcurrant, dates, smoke, licorice and trace of vegetal. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Medium dusty tannin and medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, smoke, earth, licorice and damp wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91)

重重的黑果味配上淡淡的香料，這酒的舊年份仍有一定活力。酒香強而複雜，酒味在口中力度不及酒香，但仍有一定複雜性，餘韻算長，幾好飲。

2005 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

This dry wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of lemon, honey, white flower, mineral, vanilla and hazelnut. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Quite intense flavours of bitter lemon, vanilla, mineral, wet stone, almond on palate, rather nutty. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (92) Good palate

雖然好飲，但其實以這莊這田這年來說只是中規中矩，酒力是強的，複雜性也是有一定情度的，餘韻也合格的，但酒的風格不太跟這葡萄園相乎，難道是年份?或是狀態?

2002 Salon

Medium lemon green colour with intense aromas of red apple, lemon, mineral, steel and trace of honey, quite ripe on nose. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it gives quite intense  flavours of lemon, ripe apple, honey, mineral and trace of cream and stone. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (94) Very enjoyable.

比想像中成熟甜美，酒力強勁，有複雜性及田土風格，再加上教科書式的BDB表現，完全展示出這酒跟酒標所描述的。交足101%的貨。好好喝。這酒亦改變我對2002年的酒的成熟度，似乎比我想像可以早一點飲，現在飲好喝，再放也可。

2005 Corton, Bonneau du Martray

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense black plum, red cherry, rose, licorie, earth, strawberry and touch of vegetal. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, rose, black plum, and trace of earth. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91)

相對這莊的著名白酒CORTON CHARLEMAGNE，這酒並不太受注目。可是以性價比來說這酒是很高的。酒香強而複雜，十分誘人，酒的強度在口中一直維持，餘韻亦算長，只是口中的複雜性低了點點，但不影響佐餐時的享受，會好快斟晒一枝的。

The Macallan Edition No. 1

Medium gold coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, sweet vanilla, cinnamon, smoke and touch of orange peel. Water brings out floral notes. Dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, ginger, orange, vanilla spice. Medium length with lemon and ginger finish. (91) Pretty spicy.

香料味很足夠的。酒有一定強度和複雜性，但不可以出色來形容。這酒表現出麥卡倫在捕捉市場口味方面的功力。嚴格說這酒並不感覺到任務特別風格，四四正正，桶味較突出一點，口中表現也是中中等等。唔通將貨就價? 但好像已經炒起了。

2007 Meursault Perrieres, Domaine Potinet Ampeau

A dry white wine with medium lemon green colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of lemon, cream soda, white floral and chalk. Good layers of aromas. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, butter and mineral. Medium length with lemon finish. (90) Good nose.

層次分明的香氣，好像逐樣香氣講你知的感覺。酒在口中表現沒有驚喜，雖不是平平無奇 ，但酒力及複雜性也是中規中矩，特別是以這塊田來說。餘韻亦合格，枝酒整體中度平衡，幾好飲。

2009 Dom Perignon

Medium gold coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, fresh apple, steel, cucumber, chalk and pear, quite fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and bodied. Medium alcohol and creamy mouthfeel. The flavour intensity is quite high with lime, apple, limestone, cucumber with fairly long length of lime finish. (92) Fruity and fresh.

可口，鮮鮮爽爽，果味感覺很清爽的，不是甜甜熟果的感覺，口感豐滿，但個人略嫌酸度低了一點點，餘韻算長，整體不錯，喝得很舒服的。
