2005 Corton, Bonneau du Martray

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense black plum, red cherry, rose, licorie, earth, strawberry and touch of vegetal. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, rose, black plum, and trace of earth. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91)

相對這莊的著名白酒CORTON CHARLEMAGNE，這酒並不太受注目。可是以性價比來說這酒是很高的。酒香強而複雜，十分誘人，酒的強度在口中一直維持，餘韻亦算長，只是口中的複雜性低了點點，但不影響佐餐時的享受，會好快斟晒一枝的。

2002 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Bonneau du Martray

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with over medium intensity aromas of apple, pear, vinyl choride, vanilla and oak. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with over medium intensity flavours of citrus, almond and touch of mineral and grass. The length is over medium level with citrus and vanilla finish. (91) Beautiful finish but a bit lack of complexity.

清純四正，有一定酒力勁度但略嫌複雜性不足，輕鬆好飲易理解的一枝白酒，慢慢嗒不錯。

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite pronounced nose of lemon, honey, pear, vanilla and touch of grass. Medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, white flower, vanilla and nuttiness. Medium length with honey lemon finish. (90)

不論酒味及口味都不錯。香氣複雜性冇在口咁好，奇在餘韻有點出奇，以為會較長但實際只係中等，不過都幾好飲。

Medium to deep ruby colour with mushroom, earthy, raspberry aromas. Medium soft tannin, body, alcohol and fine lively acidity. The palate gives sour red fruit, spicy, rose with trace of earthy. Medium length. (90) (Tasted on 5 April 2010)
