Deep ruby with quite intense noses of rose, red plum, cherry jam, licorice, pine wood and touch of forest floor. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with smooth ripe tannin and over medium intensity of red plum, black cherry, licorice and rose. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89) Need better length.

中規中矩的一款餐酒，香氣算是不錯的，可能是年份關係，口感十分公整，丹寧成熟，酒味在口中簡單了，餘韻勉強合格，正正常常的，吃飯時也不錯

2020 Marsannay Clos du Roy, Domaine Sylvain Pataille

The ruby colour of this dry wine is close to deep intensity. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose, strawberry, wild cherry, cabbage and touch of licorice. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tea, rose pedal and touch of vanilla spice. Medium length with red cherry finish (89) fresh and straight forward, wild fruit profile gives an enjoyable drinking experience.

鮮鮮爽爽的，花果味偏向野生的感覺，令人有直接、輕柔的品飲經驗。各方面的表現中規中矩，是一支日常飲用得暢快的酒。如果喜歡鮮爽果感，但又不喜歡飲保祖利的人，這酒會是他們一個好選擇。

2020 Aloxe Corton Les Valozieres, Domaine Audiffred

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour and over medium intensity noses of black plum, rose jam, raspberry, smoke, vanilla and rosemary. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate, it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, black tea, licorice and touch of earthiness. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) Not bad at all. Need some time.

有點睇輕了這支酒。整體的表現不錯，香氣很複雜，亦有一定強度。口感亦柔順，餘韻合格。酒在口中不論強度和複雜性也不及香氣，但也有不錯的表現，好喝。2020年似乎也是一個很不錯的年份。這支酒放多一兩年可能更加好

2019 Bourgogne, Domaine Hudelot Noellat

A deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with medium intensity aromas of black plum, rose, anise and clove type spicy with trace of strawberry and cherry, pretty attractive. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, cherry, licorice and touch of red tea. Medium length with plummy finish. (89) Decent and straight, easy to drink food wine.

有點令人出奇的香氣，雖然不算很強，但複雜性頗引人入勝，完全唔似普通的播乾。酒的其他表現中規中矩，在口中的複雜性當然不及其香氣。餘韻也是中規中矩，整體做得不錯，年份可能提升了這酒的質素吧。

     

2006 Gaja Brunello di Montalcino Sugarille, Pieve Santa Restituta

Deep ruby colour with pronounced noses of red plum, cherry, smoke, licoric, and touch of earth and tea. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, black tea, smoke, vanilla and touch of graphite. Fairly long length with cherry tea finish. (93) Powerful and strong, yet showing good complexity

可以用強悍來形容。酒的力度很強勁，亦有一定複雜性，口感柔順，但仍感覺到這酒的濃厚。酒在口中的複雜性下降了一點，但仍然有不錯的力度，餘韻亦很長，是一支好酒。

2005 Brunello di Montalcion, Poggio di Sotto

This dry red brunello has deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of sour cherry, red plum, red flower, licorice and touch fo tea and sandalwood, complex and elegant. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is at medium level and fine grained nature. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tea, earth and touch of stone type minerality, notes of toasted wood too. Longer than medium length with berry tea finish. (94) Good complexity and typicity. Wonderful

這支酒很好喝，而且田土風格保存得很好。我相信很多人在盲飲的情況下也喝得出這是一支  brunello。酒力強、亦有足夠的複雜性，同時亦維持着葡萄品種的特色，餘韻亦長，是一支令人留下深刻印象的一支酒

2005 Soldera Pegasos Sangiovese Toscana IGT

Quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of red cherry, red tea, smoke, strawberry leaves, raspberry, and trace of licorice. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with quite high fine grained tannin, a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, licorice and red tea. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92)

是年份問題嗎？丹寧有點點青的。酒的強度很不錯，香氣比酒味好一點，特別在複雜性上來說。餘韻合格有餘，酒的果味保存得很好，很符合田土風格，整體來說好喝，但我不敢說他有著很頂級的表現

2004 Brunello de Montalcino, Le Chiuse

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of black plum, berries, smoke, licorice and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, black berry, black tea and damp wood. Medium length with black berry finish. (92) Nicely made and ripe. Good tannin too.

邊個人話丹寧強就一定係鞋口。呢支酒的丹寧令人驚喜，就是強得來很順滑成熟。酒精力度中上，複雜性也是中上的程度，但沒有令人驚嘆的感覺，餘韻是合格的，但以這酒在口的表現應該可以長一點吧！

2019 Bouzeron, Domaine de Villaine

A medium intensity lemon green colour dry white wine with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, pear, white flower and touch of citrus peel, vanilla and honey. Medium acidity and bodied, medium alcohol too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lime, grass and touch of bitter lemon and butter. Longer than medium length with lime and grassy finish. (89) Light and clean, straight wine

突然間諗起一罐啤酒。如果要在這支酒上面寫兩個中文字，我會寫淡麗。整支酒的表現清爽輕淡，很符合個性。酒的力度來說算不錯了。餘韻亦好，是一支做得很工整的酒，用來助餐的話合適不過，但需要選對食物

Vincent Chatlot Le Fruit de ma Passion Champagne Extra Brut

Medium lemon coloured dry champagne with medium noses of lemon, red apple, white flower, mineral and touch of honey. It has medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, honey and wet stone. Medium length with lemon and honey finish. (90) Straight forward, pure and clean.

在不尋求複雜性的情況下，這香檳是很不錯的選擇。花果味足、亦有礦物感。口感滿滿的，餘韻亦算合格。只是酒味比較簡單了一點，是一支喝得開心的香檳
