2005 Pavillon Blanc de Ch. Margaux

Medium lemon green coloured with quite high intensity aromas of gooseberry, grass, honey, butter, vanilla, elderflower and touch of cream soda. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of guava, gooseberry, grass and touch of honey and vanilla. Longer than medium length with lemon and grass finish. (90)

 一枝口感不錯的酒，用厚實感來形容 SAUVIGNON BLANC
是幾奇怪的，但這酒真的有這感覺。酒香不錯，花果味足，但酸度比想像中低了點，餘韻算好，酒味在口中複雜性低了些，整體好喝，見到佢唔知點解諗起食蒸魚........

2009 Pavillon Blanc du Ch. Margaux

Medium lemon green coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon grass, stewed apple, guava, and touch of vanilla and nuts, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, guava, hay, stewed pear. Long than medium length with nutty finish. (90)

整體不錯。有一定的強度及複雜性。餘韻亦長，是一枝中上水準的波爾多白酒。千祈唔好用價錢去衡量，因為以咁的水準而有平過佢的也不難搵。

2006 Pavillon Blanc du Chateau Margaux

Medium lemon green colour with higher than medium noses of grass, sesame, toast, vanilla, almond and touch of lime and glycerin. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate, it has slightly over medium flavours of grass, floral, toast, vanilla and bitter lemon. Fairly long length with citrus and honey finish. (89)

"這就是白亭"?這個問題一直在與會者間提出。複雜嗎?酒力強嗎?餘韻長嗎?酒有活力嗎?這些問題的答案都頗正面的，但是酒在口中的感覺好像散得很快。那是否又代表酒力在口中很弱?可能吧!那不是很矛盾嗎?也不是。這酒的酒力是屬於強襲性的，即是酒一入口時味度真的頗強，但剛一陣子就消失得無影無踪。是否年份問題呢?

Medium lemon green colour and quite oily mouthfeel, this wine has medium nose of cream, butter, grass, white flower and touch of PVC and soap. It is dry with fairly high acidity, fuller than over medium bodied and medium alcohol. The flavours have cream, lemon, grass cutting, vanilla and almond, all at medium level with fairly long length with honey finish. (91)

不錯，但不會令我覺得05年的波爾多白酒是好好，香氣複雜，酒味亦不錯，但力度有點不夠濃厚，但又不致令人覺得優雅，口感頗厚重，不是輕巧類型。可口的，特別是對喜愛酒體重的人來說。
