Bright and clear medium lemon with small bubbles of medium presistency.
Clean, medium intensity developing aromas of toast, yogurt, chesse, and
ripe apple. Dry with medium acidity, creamy mousse. Medium alcohol and
medium body. Medium flavour intensity of bready, sour cream, apple,
lime, grapefruit and honey. Medium but close to medium plus length. (90)
