Bright and clear medium gold with small bubbles of medium presistency. Clean, medium plus developing aromas of biscuity, pear, honey, toasty with trace of citrus and apple. Dry, medium plus acidity, creamy mousse, medium alcohol and body. Medium plus flavour intensity of biscuity, toasty, honey, citrus and apple. Medium length. (91)

Cremant d'Alsace Blanc de Blancs Brut, Martin Zahn

Bright and clear pale lemon with small bubble of medium presistency. Clean, medium developing nose of biscuity, apply, creamy with trace of honey, floral and toast. Dry and medium acidity, Creamy mousse. Medium spirity alcohol and medium body. Medium flavour intensity of toast, citrus, biscuity, lime and apple with a simple medium minus length. (88)
