A XO cognac in medium copper colour with medium and very aged nose of
caramel, rancio, violet, vanilla and raisin. Adding water enhances its
violet and floral note. Dry with integrated alcohol and medium bodied.
Medium flavour intensity. Caramel, raisin, apricot, orange jam, and
sweet spice. Fairly long length with orange peel finish. (90) Good
length with reasonable intensity. Rich and good maturation too.

真係諗唔到有咩好講呢枝，樣樣有D，但又冇樣出眾，一枝合乎水準的XO，平常飲用不錯，但是一隻不會令你有深印象的酒。
Medium
amber cognac with medium nose of caramel, citrus, violet, vanilla and
trace of cheesey and rubber notes, some honey. With water the aromas
and violet notes are enhanced. Dry with integrated alcohol. Quite full
bodied with medium intensity flavours of caramel, raisin, dried apricot,
and touch of honey and tropical fruit. Medium length with orange peel
finish. (89) Attractive nose but rather short length.

有其風格，但酒體重而口味不足，酒香吸引，特別係加一點水後，聞好過飲。
A cognac
with medium amber colour and medium matured nose of caramel, citrus,
cheese, raisin, orange, sweet spice and touch of honey. Adding water
enhances floral, especially jasmine and raisin notes. It is dry with
integrated alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of
raisin, orange jam, spice, vanilla and tropical fruit. Medium length
with caramel finish. (89) A bit jammy and sweet feeling. Quite fruity
but not too complex, a bit lack of intensity.

顯現到 BORDERIES 的風格，頗吸引的花香，但亦令干邑酒的厚重感稍遜，陳年感亦略嫌不足。
Medium
gold in colour with quite pronounced aromas of citrus, lemon juice,
orange peel with touch of vanilla, raisin and floral. With water it
gives apricot and honey notes. Dry with warming to slightly harsh
alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium flavour intensity. Floral,
citrus, vanilla, and citrus peel. Fairly long length with citrus peel
finish. (90) Slightly strong alcohol bite. Rather single dimension.

雖然有成三十多年，但此酒仍有一些鮮爽的感覺，酒精感有點強，味道亦未有轉化至很多不同層次。但有個性，好像品嚐一個又新又舊混和的酒，有趣。
