2011 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohole Riesling Beerenauslese

A medium lemon green coloured sweet wine with pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, petroleum, peach and touch of steel. Very sweet with quite high spiky acidity, full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high flavours of lemon, dried apricot, peach, mineral and petroleum. Fairly long length with peach and honey finish. (92) Quite fresh.

甜品一樣的酒，甜酸平衡算好，餘韻長，果味濃郁，亦有其品種特色，很公整的。酒的力度算強，但酒的複雜度不算很高，假以時日再發展一下可能會多些複雜性，到時的酸度希望保持得到。現在飲作為甜酒很不錯，陳年之後可能有另一種感受的。
