正路過正露丸。劃一條水平線的話,基本上跟到足之外,香氣突出一點,而且餘韻也不錯。感覺強大的,亦有一定複雜性,幾好飲,但放多一兩年會更好。

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose pedal, red berry, plum, strawberry, cedar and trace of anise and smoke. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of cherrry, plum, rose pedal, wild strawberry and vanilla spice. Longer than medium length with cherry finish. (91)

輕巧陰柔,香氣強但給人一種陰柔感,很好的風格表現。香料及果味的平衡好。以這年份來說單寧也很不錯。酒味在口中不及香氣那麼吸引,餘韻亦合格有餘,幾好喝,很有園野風味的酒。
This champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of green apple, lime, pear, wet stone and mineral, clean and sharp. Dry with medium acidity, a bit sharp in nature. Medium bodied and alcohol with creamy mousse. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lime, apple juice, steel and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with lemon juice finish. (92) Clean and good acidity, fresh but need time.

爽朗的,酒酸的性質有點點削,希望時間會令其圓潤一點,但現在飲不影嚮佐餐。酒的味說仍是以果味為主,偏向清爽類的,也是需要一些時間等待發展,酒的質素不錯,餘韻亦長,可以陳年一下。現在用作餐酒較理想一些。

可口,香氣很好,強烈而又跟足主題。酒在口中表現四平八穩,像是加了黑朱古力的威士忌。建議剩飲,別加水或冰。這酒再一次顯示麥卡侖對大眾口味的把握是何其精準,這酒的味道頗大眾化,但除了多了點朱古力特色之外,跟一枝十二年的威士忌沒有大分別。

其實一個字可以講晒枝酒:濃。接近葡萄乾酒的感覺,很重口,真係會覺得飲到飽咁。造酒的葡萄很成熟,這點可以從酒的果感及酒精感體驗出來,酸度有點跟不上,酒在口中濃濃的,餘韻悠長,令人回味,差不多可以當飯後酒似的。
