1999 Billecart Salmon Le Clos Saint Hilaire Brut Champagne

Medium lemon green colour with quite intense aromas of lemon, red apple, brown bread, mineral and trace of coffee and caramel, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of brown bread, stewed red apple and hazelnut. Fairly long length with apple finish. (93) Interesting maturation
