This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white floral, almond, wet stone and touch of amber. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, honey, floral and touch of chalk and stone. Close to long length with lingering lemon and honey finish. (93)

酒整體表現很好,酒力強複雜性高,發展成熟,對我來說是酒剛剛到頂的狀態,餘韻悠長,柔柔弱弱但持續不退,好好味,會令人細味的酒。

2007 Meursault Clos des Ambres, Domaine Arnuad Ente
A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with pronounced aromas of lemon, toasted almond, butter, chalk, and touch of honey. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, floral, vanilla and chalk. Longer than medium length with lime finish. (92) Clean and crisp.

沒有一般梅索村酒的厚厚牛酒忌廉口感,換來的是較清爽口感的,但酒力及複雜性並沒有減少,有特色的酒品,餘韻也算長,好喝。 要讚的是味道組合由酒香的較重感轉為口中較多花果感,但要彈的是口中的複雜性又不及酒香好。整體是中上的酒品,好。

Medium intensity lemon green coloured dry vintage champagne with quite intense noses of lemon, chalk, autolytic, white flower, ripe apple, wet stone and touch of steel. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse with over medium intensity flavours of lime, floral, wet stone, chalk, green apple and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lime finish. (93) Still young.

當很多2004年的香檳進入大勇狀態而又好飲的時候,這酒還向你說未到時候,酒味強度及複雜性俱佳,但仍有一定發展空間,餘韻長,泡沫豐厚,好味。酒在口的感覺較它的NV爽,相信仍要一些時間令這酒成熟一下。

1998 Penfolds Grange
Deep purple coloured with quite pronounced aromas of black plum, black cherry, black pepper, smoke, toast, dried black cherry, licorice and trace of mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Quite high tannin but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, smoke, black tea, pepper and licorice spice. Close to long length black cherry finish. (94)

二十年仍然濃艷的酒,豐富、濃郁、酒力強,亦有一定複雜性和品種特色的黑胡椒味,再加上長長的餘韻,好酒一枝。酒的豐厚度是會令人有飽肚感,好好味。這樣的表現顯示出這酒還可陳放多一段長時間,現在飲已經幾好味,喜愛果味重的已經可以一試。
