A deep ruby dry red wine with quite intense aromas of red plum, black cherry, rose jam, licorice, mint and toast. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, plum, licorice and touch of tea. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92)

維持著這酒莊出品的濃厚強烈香氣及酒味,相信是因為酒力強,加上味道以醬果方向為主,一種重味的做法。餘韻不錯,亦有一定的複雜性,相信即使盲飲也可以喝出是好酒,讚。

Medium intensity lemon colour with quite intense noses of lemon, almond, coconut, cream, floral, wet stone and peach. It is dry with slightly acidic, medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, cream, butter, honey, hazelnut. Medium length with lemon and nutty finish. (91) Touch of bitterness at the back

Quite deep lemon colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of lemon honey beeswax, apple crumble, cream and trace of mineral. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavour of lemon, stewed apple, honey, peach jam, mineral and wet stone. Close to long length with lemon honey finish. (94) mature and good minerality.

大熟大勇的狀態,酒力澎湃,複雜性中,酒的礦物感在口中清晰易見,堪稱教材。餘韻長,令人回味,好酒一枝,會令人留下印象。但2002年的布根地白酒真的令人覺得較熟。

1999 Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche, Domaine Joseph Drouhin
Quite deep lemon colour with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, cream, beeswax and trace of stewed apple and apricot. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lemon, mineral, floral, honey and lots of stone fruits. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (92) Round and smooth.

醇香濃也做到 ,複雜性差了點。這酒已經近二十年了,難得保存到一定的酒味,酒現在要喝了,否則恐怕開始走下坡,現在飲口感豐盈,酒力強,礦物感在口中表現較好,好喝的,但不太建議再陳放了。
