2005 L'Extravagant de Doisy Daene

A sweet wine with medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives quite pronounced level aromas of honey, apricot, gooseberry, grass, vanilla, orange peel and touch of ginger. Higher than medium acidity and barely medium alcohol. Full bodied with quite high intensity flavour intensity. The flavours contain honey, lemon candy, orange peel, gooseberry, vanilla and honey. Long length with honey finish. (94)

花果香味強烈，酒香很誘人，亦開始有所發展。餘韻很長，酒味也是花果主導。酒仍新，假以時日，酒多一些發展會更好味。要彈的是酒應該再多一點酸度，否則我擔心當酒發展成熟時酸度可能有點不足。現飲會有很強的果感，似甜品多過酒。
