2005 Ch. Haut Brion Blanc

A medium intensity lemon colour dry white wine with pronounced level of PVC attack, amber, vanilla, musk, sawdust, elderflower and touch of pineapple. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with quite high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, elderflower, vanilla and touch of pineapple and musky. Close to long length with lemon candy finish. (95) Impressive and good development.

兩年後再試，這酒並沒有令我失望，反而欣喜。酒的發展很好，但仍有潛力再進一步。酒力強，複雜性強，特別是開始那濃烈花香的攻勢，餘韻長而有著極熟的果感回味，十分吸引，很好飲的一枝酒，也應是近年一枝極出色的波爾多白酒。
