A blanc de noir champagne with medium lemon colour and red tinge. It has medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, lemon, fresh pear, wild strawberry, steel , chalk and mineral. Higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of stewed apple, caramel, honey and yeast. Fairly long length with apple crumble finish. Good flavour intensity. (94)

這酒在口中的表現加分不少。酒的強度好,酒香亦很複雜,餘韻亦長,好酒一枝,酒味複雜性不及酒香,但強度好,可能是酒香的強度不及酒味的強度,所以有種強烈感。好飲的。
