2001 Le Montrachet, Vincent Girardin

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of ripe lemon, honey, butter and touch of peach, cream and white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with round mouthfeel. Over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, wet stone, butter, vanilla and touch of roasted nut. Long length with honey citrus finish. 第二次試這酒。相信這酒已經到頂。酒香很好，複雜性很強，相信亦已充分發展了。酒仍有著圓滿的口感，口中複 雜性開始簡單了點，餘韻很長，令人回味的。有貨的話應該飲了，否則我會懷疑酒的質素會開始跌。
