This old red wine still possesses quite high intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, vegetal and touch of wet forest, damp wood and wormwood notes. It is dry with lower than medium acidity. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. The flavours intensity is at medium level. Bell pepper, tea, licorice and touch of plum and earth. Fairly long length with bell pepper finish. (88)

老酒風味展現的一個好例子,成熟的酒香及酒味,完全優雅地顯示出來,餘韻長。因年紀關係果味已消退了很多,酸度亦不足,酒的鮮活性下降不少,但以一枝老酒來說也頗正常,口中複雜性沒有酒香那麼好,但仍是可口的。
