H. Billiot Fils Champagne Brut Reserve

This champagne has medium lemon green colour and fairly high intensity aromas of melon, red apple, honey dew and touch of citrus and grape. It is dry with fairly high refreshing acidity. Medium bodied and alcohol. Long and tiny bubbles and creamy mousses. On palate it gives barely medium intensity flavours of apple, pear, lime, and touch of grass and mineral. Barely over medium length with citrus finish. (89) Fruity but lack of complexity.

This one is a 2001 version so it is actually a vintage wine.

這酒是一個特別版，全由2001年酒製成。酒的果味很濃郁，十分誘人。可是複雜性不足，餘韻亦不算長。這不是一種很有清爽感的香檳，但愛好豐郁果味的人會喜愛的。
