始終係我最喜愛的Riesling酒莊,酒力強,複雜性高,品種特性明顯,酒比一般的Riesling豐富濃厚,餘韻亦長,好喝。單純品飲角度來說,這個酸度是高了點,但性質並不尖削,夏天喝一流,好酒,還可再陳年讓它的複雜性更好展現。
如果只準我喝一款Riesling,那一定會是這款

也許是年份問題吧,酒的單寧有點青。不過香氣很好,強烈濃厚,亦很複雜。餘韻亦長,只是酒在口中的味道不及香氣那樣出色。整體來說表現不錯,相信在一個好些的年份,這酒會有上佳表現。似乎我又要出去搵下⋯⋯

第一下印象係複雜性好,但係酒在口中的強度不足。年份可能亦有影響,單寧有些枝梗味。酒的香氣比酒味出色,餘韻合格有餘,不錯,但相信有進步空間,看看好年的如何,才可更準確評估酒莊功力。

輕鬆、柔順、可口的一支酒。各樣表現中中等等,特別是酒的丹寧不強,搞到支酒有點點果汁的感覺。值得讚的是酒的香氣,其餘各方面四平八穩,四四正正的餐酒。
Deep intensity ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, dried strawberries, candied redcurrant, cabbage and licorice, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is soft at medium level, surprisingly ripe. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, strawberry, rose pedal, licorice and touch of forest floor. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (91) Good intensity and nose, some typicity as well.

酒的力度算強勁,香氣亦很好,只是以這條村來說是重了一點。酒的口味反而更符合這條村的感覺,但強度不及香氣,餘韻亦合格以上,難得的是這支酒的丹寧出奇的成熟柔順,不像2017年的酒,整體來說是一支好喝的酒品
A deep intensity purple coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, menthol, violet, vanilla and touch of mineral and earth. It has medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense aromas of black cherry, violet, and vanilla. 強度戰勝一切的一支酒。接近30年的陳年,仍有着這樣的強度是十分難得的。酒有着標誌性的波爾多左岸紅酒感覺,但是除此之外在沒有什麼令人覺得驚喜的地方,酒味在口中的複雜性簡單了不少,餘韻亦比想像中短,幾好喝。但這酒在口中的複雜性真的令我覺得簡單了⋯⋯
This wine still has purple colour. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of violet, mint, blueberry, cedar and touch of bell pepper. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with medium ripe but bit coarse tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red plum violet, licorice and touch of bell pepper type vegetal note. Medium length with plummy finish. (90) Good development and mature. Drink now. Good nose too.

與其話發展成熟,不如說剛過高峰開始有走下坡跡象比較恰切一啲。酒的香氣發展很好,而且亦算有一定強度,當然亦有一定好的複雜性。酒味及餘韻在口中已經下跌了不少,但仍有一定的果味及發展味道,整體融合在一起,是一支老酒的表現,不錯,但不要再陳年了
Medium lemon gold in colour with quite intense noses of honey, lemon, peach, dried apricot, grass, stone and touch of mineral notes. It is sweet and full bodied with barely medium acidity. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of bitter lemon, honey, dried apricot, grass and wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon and honey finish. (93) Good integration and classic character, need better acidity

醇厚,真的很厚,口感很重的。有着標準的蘇岱酒感覺,成熟好味,只是酸度略嫌有點點不足,酒的力量很強,由香氣到酒味都一樣,而且很一致,餘韻亦很長,好喝的
This is a deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with quite intense noses of blackcurrant, vegetal, bell pepper, violet, black cherry, tobacco leaf, cedar and touch of minty. Good development. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, violet, damped wood and touch of tobacco and licorice. Medium length with black cherry finish. (92)

20年的奧比安真係要飲了。酒的香氣已經說給你聽發展完成。酒味充足強度亦算不錯,複雜性在口中來說不及香氣那麼好,但也表現出它是一支造得好的酒品,餘韻有點短,是一個扣分的地方。整體來說,仍是一支很好喝的酒,適合慢慢飲。
