Quite dark ruby colour with intense aromas of dates, dried plum, prune, honey, and touch of caramel tea and dried herbs. It is sweet with full bodied, fortified to high alcohol and low acidity, a bit like an aged port wine. On palate it has medium intensity of prune, dates, honey and caramelized herbs. Medium length with prune finish. (91) Very concentrated but just concentrated.

濃厚、十分濃厚。有點像把一支砵酒再作濃縮似的。香味及酒味有一點複雜性。酒精亦頗高，全個品飲過程也是濃濃重重似的，像是甜品加酒多個像是甜酒。
A deep ruby coloured red Bordeaux with quite intense aromas of black plum, black berry, chocolate, iron, touch of prune, cinnamon and earth. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, black tea, vegetal and dried licorice. Longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (91) A bit weak on palate but good nose

香氣很好，不單止是強勁，而且複雜，甚至乎可以聞到田土氣息。酒體柔順，口感強度也不錯，只是複雜性低了點，而且酒味退卻得頗快，餘韻是隱隱約約的，幾好喝，用嚟吃飯及吹水不錯
The dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black cherry, black plum, violet, smoke and toasted vanilla. Barely medium acidity, full bodied and still medium alcohol Medium ripe and soft tannin with over medium level flavour intensity. The flavours contain black cherry, plum, vanilla, smoke and a bit heady alcohol. Medium length with black cherry finish. (88) Simple and straight, heavy style food wine.

厚重濃郁的餐酒。香氣強度不錯，酒的丹寧成熟，其他方面不過不失，簡單直接，酒味在口中都未的時候有點點散退，酒精感突出了一點，餘𩐳合格，簡單的餐酒一支。
A medium lemon green coloured champagne with close to pronounced level aromas of lime, mineral, steel, yeast and touch of elderflower, apple and lactic acid. Dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral yeast, wet stone. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (92) Straight and concentrated, nicely made.

酒的強度很好，味道爽朗直接，香氣的複雜性很不錯，口感豐滿，亦有一定礦物感，可以喝得出是白中白，餘韻亦算長，是一支中上水準的香檳，好喝。

很好的香氣，特別是香料味很出眾，強而複雜。奇怪的是酒在口中香料味漸漸散去，取而代之的是果味，有點變化的。餘韻算是合格。幾好喝，似乎這個年份的酒友很不錯。
Deep intensity purple coloured with quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, prune, black pepper, pine, violet, licorice spice and touch of cedar, very rich and complex nose. It is dry with medium acidity, full bodied with over medium alcohol. Medium ripe and smooth tannin and over medium intensity flavours of black plum, mulberry, touch of smoke and licorice, a bit savory. Medium length with black plum finish. (90) Wonderful silky mouthfeel but needs a longer length.

這酒很有驚喜。驚喜的地方在於只是五年的酒，但那丹寧的成熟及柔順感令人吃驚。酒的香氣十分出色，口感和酒體一如想像中的十分厚重，酒味在口中的表現尚算不錯，但是餘韻比想像中的短頗多，整體來說也是一個不錯的酒品，是會令人留下印象的。也說明了2018年澳洲似乎是一個幾好的年份。

以梅索村來說，這支的感覺比較輕身，但近年這村的酒，不論那一個酒莊，也好像做得比以前的輕身。酒的香味複雜優雅，亦有一定的強度。值得一讚。只是酒在口中的強度及複雜性有點下降，餘韻亦然，像是有頭冇尾的。算好喝，佐餐不錯。
This is a dry white burgundy with medium lemon colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, vanilla, amber, honey, white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla and oak. Bit longer than medium length with lemon honey finish. (91) Good nose but needs more complexity

香氣很不錯，雖然強度只是中等，但複雜性算強。可是酒在口中的複雜性一去不返，但是酒力反而強返一點，很有趣。除了香氣之外，這是一支普通的布根地白酒。

豐滿紮實，酒的強度雖然只是一般，但也有着一點填土的風味，餘韻合格，正正常常的，以這村的酒來說是合格有餘，沒有驚喜，但以這村來說亦沒有投訴。
Medium lemon coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white flower, resin and touch of toasted almond. It is dry with slightly over medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, vanilla and bitter almond. Medium length with honey lemon finish. (89) Decent regional wine but touch of weak on palate.

中規中矩的一支酒。香氣及其強度比酒味的表現出色，正常的餘韻，口感比較弱，以餐酒來說是不錯的，幾好喝。
