2000 R&L Legras Saint Vincent Champagne

Medium lemon green colour with medium noses of lemon, red apple, bread, pear and touch of steel and chalk, it is dry with higher than medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied, creamy mousse. On palate it has slightly over medium lemon, honey and touch of grapefruit, chalk and bread. Barely longer than medium length with grapefruit finish. (90)

十多年酒仍清清爽爽，果味清新又有一定田土特色，酒味在口中反而簡單了，餘韻尚算不錯，好好的一枝餐前香檳。

R & L Legras Champagne Brut

A medium lemon green champagne with long and persistent bubbles. Barely over medium noses of green apple, ripe pear, pineapple and touch of yeast, quite fruity. It is dry with close to high acidity, together with medium body and alcohol. Creamy mousses with medium flavours of apple, lime, grass and touch of bitter lemon. Barely medium length with citrus finish. (87)

果味頗充足的，酒較酸，餐前飲絕對醒胃。酒不論在酒香、酒力及餘韻都中中等等，尚算合格。酒亦簡單，可以一試。如非他的果味可能會再低分一點。
