1986 Montrachet, Louis Latour

A medium gold coloured wine with medium intensity aromas of malt, honey, citrus, peach, lemon candy and touch of floral and hazelnut. It is dry with medium sour acidity and alcohol. Still has fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, grass, hay, vanilla with touch of straw and mineral. Long length with honey citrus finish. (91) Complex but maybe just over the peak. Oxidative characters start to emerge.......

感覺上這酒已發展成熟，甚至有點過了，有一點點氧化的感覺。酒的複雜性仍有的，餘韻亦長，果味亦很成熟，令人感到它的規模及深度，對我個人來說，我希望可早一點飲。

1986 Montrachet, Maison Louis Latour

This mature wine has a deep lemon colour with quite pronounced aromas of honey, lemon, apricot, grassy mineral, amber and vanilla. It is dry with over medium zesty acidity. Fuller than medium bodied with medium alcohol. The flavours have quite pronounced citrus, tangerine, honey, melon, wet stone, apricot and vanilla. Long length with honey apricot finish (94). Nice and complex, well developed and mature. The fruits of this wine is so mature that it starts to fade its freshness. It should be drunk now but still have a few years on the drinking plateau.

一枝發展成熟，口感豐富，層次分明，餘韻長而豐厚，礦物味令酒體及其架構更見充實，好飲。唯獨是開始有點點失去新鮮感覺。

2003 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Louis Latour

A medium lemon wine with thick legs. On nose it gives nice citrus and flower flavour with the backup of mineral, honey, cream, musk aromas. The wine has close to full body and medium acidity. Intense developed flavours of mineral, musky, vanilla, honey fill up the palate with trace of floral and melon. Long length with citrus and mineral finish. (92)
