2004 Ch. Coutet

This Sauternes has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of honey, citrus peel, orange marmalade and touch of mineral, grass and gooseberry. It is sweet with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied with slightly higher than medium flavours of honey, gooseberry, lemon, orange peel, and mineral. Longer than medium length with honey lemon. (91) Alcohol stands out a bit.

這酒有著一貫的蘇岱風格。酒香濃烈，酒味有著濃厚果 感之餘亦帶點點青草氣息。酒的甜酸度亦平衡不錯，餘韻算長，唯一缺點是酒精感突出了點，但整體來說是一枝不錯的甜酒。

Medium gold colour with medium intensity aromas of honey, apricot, chrysanthemum, jackfruit and touch of orange peel and chalk. It is sweet with slightly higher than medium acidity, quite full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of apricot, raisin, honey and touch of orange. Longer than medium length with apricot finish. (89)

簡單的甜酒有著中等的複雜性。成熟的蘇岱有大樹菠蘿味，十分四正。酒亦發展成熟。酒的酸度開始不足以支持甜度，開始有點點膩了。餘韻合格，吃甜品不錯的配搭。
