This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, vanilla, peach, honey, and trace of lime, mineral and wet stone. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, floral, pear, vanilla and trace of almond. Fairly long length with lemon finish. 酒的強度不錯啊,亦有一定複雜性和礦物質感,一貫靚酒的表現。酒體平衡而優雅,喝得很舒服的酒,餘韻長,酒味表達清楚直接,好易令人不停地飲,好喝。孖瓶裝可能對這酒有一點幫助吧。

Medium lemon colour with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, grain, ginger, vanilla, smoke and touch of peat. Water dilutes everything. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied too with touch of wood tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, heady, ginger, vanilla, and trace of pear. Fairly long length with citrus finish. This whisky has medium gold colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of sweet malt, honey, smoke, cinnamon and trace of toast. Water brings out tropical fruit notes. Dry with medium acidity, quite full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, peach, caramel, smoke and vanilla. Medium length with honey citrus finish. 很商業化的感覺。中等的表現,果甜味及桶味的平衡,中等的酒精度數及略帶重身的酒體,全是大路的酒款設定。正路,但沒什麼風格。我不是說它品質差,只是沒有特色吧了。

2010 Schloss Halbturn Pinot Noir, Baron Waldbott-Bassenheim
Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of red plum, meat, earth, black cherry and trace of game, smoke. Quite heavy indeed. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. The flavours contain red plum, cherry, earth, blood and trace of smoke and licorice. Over medium flavour intensity with medium length and red plum finish. (90) A bit heavy and need more vibrancy
