1990 Ch. Sociando Mallet

This red wine still has quite intense purple colour, a bit hazy though. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, road tar, violet, cedar, leather and mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at barely medium level but smooth and soft. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, plum and black tea. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90) wonderful nose.

這支酒四個字講完：老而彌堅。再要多講的，就是酒香很出眾，以三十多年的酒來說是很出色的。其他方面反而展現出這酒的老態。以老酒來說已經是一支很不錯的產品了。

2015 Meursault 1er Cru Genevrieres, Domaine Lucien Le Moine

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced level aromas of cream, lemon, honey, amber, sawdust and apricot. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, cream, butter and mineral. Medium length with lemon apricot finish. (90) Needs better length

酒香比酒味出色的一支酒，餘韻比想像中短。這支梅索有其特有的牛油忌廉味，值得一讚。其他只是一支有合理強度、合理複雜性的布根地白酒。

2002 Dom Perignon P2

Medium lemon green in colour with quite intense noses of lime, green apple, pear, chalk, wet stone. Clean and fresh. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of apple, green pear, lime juice, steel and limestone. Fairly long length with lemon honey finish. (94) Good intensity and straight, concentrated and penetrated will into your palate.

一支二十年的香檳，居然有這樣新鮮感，很難得。清澈、明亮、條理分明，酒力強而有一定複雜性，加上長長的餘韻，是一支佳釀。那種鮮爽的果味在口中相信會令人難忘。好好喝。

2015 Volnay 1er Cru Taillepieds, Domaine Nicolas Rossignol

Quite intense ruby coloured dry red wine with intense noses of rose, cabbage, mushroom, cedar, pine, red cherry and plum. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of red cherry, dried rose, licorice and damped earth. Longer then medium length with red cherry finish. (91) good intensity.

成熟、表現直率的一支布根地，如果有checklist 的話，這支酒應該全部都有個剔號。這酒有齊一個好年份的布根地紅酒應該有的表現，而且酒力強度也不弱，亦有一定複雜性，當然也不至於複雜到令人沉思。是中上的酒品，好喝

2017 Ch. Poujeaux

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level of violet, blackcurrant, plum, licorice and touch of mint and earth, quite floral. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, slightly coarse in nature though. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blackberry, damp wood, licorice and touch of graphite type earthiness. Medium length with black berry finish. (90) Simple palate but intense

令我有點出奇的酒香；很強、花香味很出色，亦有一定複雜性。可能年份關係丹寧有少少粗，但不太影響口感。酒在口中並沒有酒香那樣討人喜歡，加上合理的餘韻，日常飲用的話一定沒有投訴，幾好。

2000 Chateauneuf de Pape Cuvee Da Capo, Domaine Pegau

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has intense aromas of red plum, dates, ripe strawberry, warm earth, chestnut, licorice, thyme, mixed herb, very spicy. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is ripe and fine grained at medium level. On palate it has intense flavours of red plum, dates, thyme, basil leaf and licorice. Close to long length with red plum finish. (97) Wow....

有點夢幻，這酒的香料味，可以用怪獸來形容，香料箱不足以形容香料的多樣性，這近乎是一個百子櫃的香料箱。強度、複雜性和餘韻皆是中上水平，酒體醇厚，喝後感覺滿滿的，很開心。是難得一件的佳釀，也是我喝過最好的教皇新堡

2002 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red Burgundy has medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, mushroom, forest floor and pine wood. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of rose, red cherry, strawberry tea, licorice and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (93) Wonderfully soft and floral with wild fruit flavour. Delicate and aromatic.

一種非筆墨所能形容嘅優雅輕柔感覺出現在酒力強勁、複雜性高的酒入邊，這種感覺十分神奇。酒的香氣及酒味，感覺偏向野生果實，再加上有點像雨後森林的清爽感，令人有如沐春風般的品飲享受，十分難得。好喝！

2002 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

A deep intensity purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cherry, violet, pencil shaving, anise and trace of spice box and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium soft and fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, cedar, licorice, and touch of bell pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Elegant balance on all aspects. Fruity on palate while spicy on nose. Delicious.

拉菲嘅魔力在於四平八穩，這酒也是一樣。更神奇的是酒的香氣以香料味為主調，但是酒在口中的時候，果味反而比香料味更出色，餘韻長、酒力強、複雜性高，係高質的，亦沒什麼可彈。

2013 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, resin, peach, white flower, sandalwood and touch of toasted almond, very complex. Dry with medium mouth-watering acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, wet stone, steel and peach. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Good nose, rich and balance, long to go

香氣真係冇得頂，又強又複雜，淨係揸住個杯聞都已經很開心。酸度醒神而感覺柔和，口感豐富，餘韻長。酒在口中的複雜性減少了一些，但仍然有齊全的酒味感覺，現在看似乎還是早喝了一點，相信還可放多一段頗長的時間。

2011 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with pronounced level aromas of lemon, white flower, honey, peach, vanilla, amber and touch of butter, wet stone. Slightly over medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lime, peach, grass, steel, vanilla, oak and mineral. Fairly long length with lemon and mineral finish (94)

很好喝的一支酒。強度充足、複雜性範圍廣泛。酸度柔順得來醒神，酒體豐富得來不會感覺膩，在口中的酒味亦有輕微轉變，餘韻很長，很好喝，亦會吸引人不停喝。
