Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced level aromas of lemon, ripe red apple, floral, mineral, cream and touch of peach and honey. Dry with quite high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, apple, mineral, chalk and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lemon finsih. (94) Delicate.

酒的味道複雜而且強烈,果香覆蓋範圍廣闊,口感豐富,酸度及酒味高度平衡 ,餘韻亦長,是一枝很好的作品,礦物味及果味也互相輝映,在口中表現精彩,很好喝,現在飲已經很好,再放一會可能更有發揮。

較清爽的口感,酒力強烈,果味較偏向清淡的方向,礦物味較突出,餘韻亦算長,好喝。這酒的味道很清晰乾脆,層次分明,以這酸度來看還可陳放多一段時間,較喜歡酸削一點的人會很喜歡這酒的。

1990 Hermitage La Chapelle, Paul Jaboulet Aine
A deep purple dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, mineral, earth, blackcurrant, trace of smoke and pepper. It has medium acidity and alcohol, ripe tannin as well. On palate it gives intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, earth , licorice and dried herbs. Long length with black plum finish. (94?) Still young?

保持著濃濃黑色果實味道而又夾雜著品種中那標誌性的胡椒味,酒在口中平衡之餘而又把各方面表現好好融合,再加上長長的餘韻,相信任何人都覺這是一枝好酒。酒味似乎還可以再發展一點,我不會說早飲,但現在喝已經很好,相信這酒再陳會更有味道,但未必可以拍得住它夢幻的1978年。
